Wu Wei = not doing, the Chinese characters, which are the basis of the philosophy of Lao-Tse.

It has not the meaning, that one should do nothing, in fact it means that one should live in line with the Tao. The Tao is the way and manner, how the world is moving, the order of the nature, the harmony between men and universe.

Nobody can pass this doctrine on the way to Asia, no luck for a quick business with short term profit.

That´s the way to go !

Others than in Western hemisphere in Asia the personal relations have priority.

Unfortunately this is disregarded by many Westerners. In Asia - in opposite to the Occident - not everything is fixed meticulous in a contract. Because than all the human aspects would be completely factored out.

And a business without heart - only is a halfhearted business !
